PulseDNA Coach Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Adept Labs Technology Company Limited ("AdeptLabs", "we") about your use of the PulseDNA Coach iPhone app, Apple Watch app, widgets and related features (the "App"). Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Apple EULA") also applies. If these terms and the Apple EULA conflict, these terms apply where the law allows. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data.
1. What the App does
PulseDNA Coach turns your Apple Health data into readiness scores, sleep, movement and recovery guidance, daily missions, workout and nutrition ideas, and on-device AI coaching.
2. Not medical advice
The App is a wellness product. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Scores, predictions and AI Coach replies are estimates based on the data available and may be incomplete or wrong. Talk to a qualified health professional before changing your exercise, sleep or diet, and call your local emergency number in an emergency. You are responsible for your own training, sleep, nutrition and lifestyle decisions.
3. Eligibility and Apple services
You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU/UK) and follow Apple's App Store rules. Some features need Apple Health, an Apple Watch, notifications or Apple Intelligence. Availability can vary by device, region, operating system and Apple Account.
4. PulseDNA Pro subscriptions
- PulseDNA Pro is an auto-renewing subscription sold through Apple In-App Purchase, available as weekly, monthly or yearly plans. Prices are shown in the App before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in iOS Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
- If a free trial is offered, it is available to eligible Apple Accounts only. When the trial ends you are charged for the plan you chose unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Any unused part of a trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies: reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Use Restore Purchases in the App's Profile tab to restore Pro on a new device with the same Apple Account.
5. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the App: don't reverse engineer it except where the law allows, don't try to access systems or data you're not allowed to, and don't use it for anything unlawful or harmful.
6. Intellectual property
The App, its design, content and software belong to AdeptLabs or its licensors. You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes under these terms and the Apple EULA.
7. Changes to the App
We may add, change or remove features to improve the App, for security or for legal reasons. If we remove a core Pro feature, you can cancel your subscription through Apple.
8. Warranty and liability
The App is provided "as is" to the extent the law allows. We don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that its estimates will be accurate. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your mandatory consumer rights.
9. Ending use
You can stop using the App at any time. We may suspend access if you seriously break these terms.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, and the courts of Vietnam have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living in the EU, the UK or another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country and may bring claims in your local courts.
11. Changes and contact
